How to use Reorder PDF Pages
- Choose a PDF from your device. Your files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Drag a page preview to its new position. You can also focus a preview and use arrow keys, or choose a destination under Move to another position.
- Check the live page order, then select Download PDF. The tool prepares and downloads that arrangement in one step.
A closer look
Fix scans that were collected out of sequence without printing them again. The numbered list refers to the original page positions; its top-to-bottom order is the order of the finished PDF. Every page is included once, and the artwork is copied without converting it to an image.
A practical example
For a scan ordered cover, appendix, report, drag the report preview ahead of the appendix. Download PDF saves the order currently shown.
A useful tip
The original page numbers stay visible while you rearrange them, helping you keep track of each sheet.
