Files and tool inputs

Toolzafi processes selected files, pasted text, dates, and other tool inputs in your browser. The tools do not upload this content to a server. Results are held in the current page’s memory. Clearing the tool or closing the page releases the tool’s references to them; this is not a guarantee of secure erasure from device memory.

Downloads and clipboard

When you download a result, your browser saves a file on your device. Copy buttons write the selected result to your system clipboard, which may be managed or synchronized by your operating system. Those copies remain until you remove or replace them. Toolzafi does not control their retention.

Website requests

Your browser requests pages, scripts, fonts, and other site assets from the hosting provider. PDF support files are served from the same site, not a third-party document-processing service. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and requested URLs for delivery, security, and operational logs. Retention is governed by the hosting provider’s configuration and policies.

Background removal downloads its AI model and runtime from this site only when you start it. Inference runs on your device; images are not sent to a third-party AI service. Browser caching may retain these public support files, but Toolzafi does not save your pictures or passwords in that cache.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This version of Toolzafi does not set application cookies, store tool inputs in local storage, or run analytics. It has no account system or database. The site loads Google’s AdSense script for site setup and verification. This makes a request to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page being viewed. Toolzafi’s manual ad units remain disabled. Before enabling ad placements, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated.

If advertising is introduced

Ad placements are not enabled in Toolzafi today. If advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Where personalized advertising is permitted and the necessary consent has been given, these technologies may use visits to this and other websites to tailor ads. Advertising requests may include technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page being viewed. This is separate from file processing: our tools do not upload your selected files or send their contents to an advertising service.

Before enabling ads, we will identify the services actually used, update this policy and provide the required consent and privacy controls. Those controls are not present now because advertising is disabled. These external settings do not replace any consent controls required on Toolzafi.

Contact messages

If you email us, your email provider and the recipient’s provider process your message. Do not include sensitive files or passwords. The website does not submit a contact form.

Your choices

You can use the tools without registering. Clear inputs when finished, manage downloaded files yourself, and avoid using a shared device for confidential work. Browser extensions and device software are outside Toolzafi’s control.
