How to use Image Watermark
- Upload a picture and type a short watermark.

A closer look
A visible watermark places text over your image to add a credit, draft label, or contact name. Position is stored relative to the picture, so the same controls work on different dimensions. The result is flattened into the exported pixels. A watermark can discourage casual reuse but does not prevent copying or prove ownership. Characters are rendered using the browser’s available sans-serif fonts.
A practical example
Add Photo by Sam near the bottom of a picture, then adjust its position and opacity. Check the full preview so the text stays readable without covering the subject.
A useful tip
Use enough contrast to be legible, and check that important parts of the picture remain clear.

Can I move the text directly?
Yes. Click, tap, or drag on the result preview to set its center position. The position sliders update too.
Will it change the original file?
No. A new PNG is produced. Keep your original if you may need a version without the watermark.
